How We Can Best Help You...

  • We first register you on our database and log your CV
  • We respect your time by interviewing you only when we have a suitable role
  • We never put you forward for any role without your prior consent. Rest assured we maintain confidentiality at all times

 We want to ensure that your next job is right for you. We will try to make finding it as easy as we can. Start by either telephoning us, or sending in your CV. If the latter highlights your telephone experience, then all the better.

How Employers Look at CVs
Employers put great store by CVs. So, it’s not just the wording that is important. Some of the things they also look for in Employment History are:

  • What type of telephone skills and experience the Candidate has
  • A steady career progression
  • Continuity of employment and length of time in each job
  • What companies the Candidate has worked for
  • The types of businesses worked in

 We make Clients fully aware of your skills and your experience, particularly what is relevant to their vacancy. This can help overcome weaknesses with the CV and help you win the role where Clients put telemarketing skills as their first priority.

Matching Telemarketers to Jobs
First we need to enter your details on our custom database. This is necessary to ensure your name comes up for vacancies that are right for you. The main factors are:

  • your skills
  • the markets you have worked in
  • your business background
  • The geographical area in which you are prepared to work
  • Your salary requirements

If these match those required by the Client, then we contact you. There are different types of telephone work and each one has variations in the skills required. So we have an extended conversation with you to find out as much about your telemarketing experience as we can.


We let you have a full job specification. This includes company background and all available information about the role. We then make a joint decision whether to put you forward for the role. We only do so if:

  • It would be a suitable move for you
  • We feel that the Client would be interested in your application

A Taster of Available Jobs
As a telemarketer, wouldn’t you rather talk with a prospect than email them? Of course, you would. As you know, talking with someone gives you the chance to explain more effectively and in more detail than you can with email.

In the same way, we would like to talk with you and give you the fuller picture regarding the roles on our books, and give you the opportunity to tell us your strengths. We feel this is better than making a judgement on a few written words. That is why we do not put a full list of available jobs on this website. Only enough (hopefully) to give a flavour of the type of jobs we handle... We would rather talk with you.

There are other advantages:

Many jobs on our books are filled without ever being advertised. We fill them from Candidates already registered with us. If you are not on our database, you won’t even hear about them. Also, some companies who use us never advertise their vacancies directly. So if you rely on applying direct, you may miss out.

So, we want to talk with you. Our aim is to help you find the right role and company.
