Business Development Manager
Location: Office based in Redditch, Worcestershire
Basic Salary: £ 30,000-£40,000
OTE: £35,000-£45,000

COMPANY INFORMATION:
- A U.K. leading energy advisory company helping their clients with their Energy
ROLE INFORMATION:
- This role is supported by a strong marketing and telemarketing team who book all appointments
- Focus solely on attending meetings and converting new business
- Work in conjunction with the Sales Manager and Business Development Supervisor to maximise new business opportunities
- Attend up to 4-5 new business appointments per week as booked by the BDE team
- Contact prospective clients on a regular basis to provide additional information and advice, to negotiate terms of the agreement and to conclude all sales activity
THE FOLLOWING ARE ESSENTIAL:
- B2B sales experience in the energy procurement industry
- Proven sales track record
- Enjoys working to and achieving business targets
- Excellent presentation skills
- Good attention to detail with a passion for delivering an exceptional level of service
- Ability to quickly understand process and communicate new concepts and services effectively
- Commercially minded with the ability to focus on high quality and business profit
- Mature outlook, credible and comfortable dealing with contacts at all levels including senior management
- A natural team player, able to get on with others, providing guidance and support
- Full clean drivers licence
